is the Signal Hill area of Plett, one of the town's most prominent points with
panoramic views of the Bay, The Beacon Island Hotel and the beaches below. The
area is basically set on a ridge between the town centre and cliffs which fall
away to the Piesang Valley far below. Homes are expensive because of the stunning
